Public Comment - The public is always welcome and encouraged to attend our meetings. During the regular board meeting, there is always a time set aside for public comment. To participate in this Public Forum, please arrive before the meeting starts and fill out a yellow speaker card. This card should be given to the Board Secretary before the meeting is called to order. Once the board makes it to the Public Forum agenda item, each speaker will be given three minutes to speak. This is a time for the public to express their thoughts and perspectives in a respectful manner to the board. Please be aware that based on public meeting law, the board is not allowed to respond to questions or complaints during this time.
If you wish to provide public comment electronically, please email your comments to raaschk@colton.k12.or.us by 5:00 pm the Sunday prior to the regular board meeting. Your comments will be read as part of the public record. Statements should be brief and should not reflect adversely on the background, character, or motives of any individual.
