Road conditions have not improved so Colton Schools are closed for Thursday 2/6/25.
Colton School District is closed for Wednesday, 2/5/25 due to road conditions at higher elevations.
Our buses will follow regular routes for afternoon drop-off (no snow routes).
Monday, February 3, 2025, we will be on a 3-hour delay. Late Snow routes are as follows: Elwood meet at the school house, no bus to Unger or Baurer, Upper Highland meet at Look Road, Fernwood no service for Redhouse, Odeane, or Ramsby, no service to Hunter Road.
The Calendar Committee would like your feedback on the draft calendars for the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 school years. Please note that there are two options for the 2026-2027 school year: one with a start date before Labor Day and one with a start date after Labor Day.
The feedback window will close on February 6th, 2025. We welcome your thoughts on what you like or don’t like about the calendars, as well as any suggested changes. The Calendar Committee will review all feedback received. Thank you for taking the time to fill out this form.

Colton High School's ASPIRE program held its first job and career fair.
Nina Baurer’s planning, organizing, and hard work made it a huge success. Nina contacted and confirmed 31 presenters from local businesses and agencies to showcase the wide variety of careers available.
The room was buzzing with conversations and hands-on demonstrations of police drones, digital welding, and cyber security. It was an eye-opening experience for the high school students.
Nina’s coordinating efforts involved the students from the ground up. She had the Leadership class call and confirm the presenters, advertise for the event and serve as ambassadors to the presenters. It was a real teaching experience for the students.
Local businesses such as Colton Coffee, Colton Cafe, and Clyde’s 76 station donated discount coupons for the presenters as a thank you. It was great thinking on Nina’s part since that morning, we had a two-hour school deal,y and some of the presenters did not get the message. She kept her cool, re-grouped, and the show went on! CHS is having a Red Cross Blood Drive - organized by students - this Thursday from 9:00am-2:00pm in the Colton High School Gym. Please come and donate! You will receive an online gift card for $15 to recognize you! Please see the flyer below for all the information you need to register online! We hope to see you Thursday!

REMINDER: The Community Immunization Clinic is today from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm at Colton Middle School.
This Friday, November 8th is our home playoff game against Stanfield! This is an OSAA event so we encourage community members, parents, and students to purchase tickets beforehand for this event.
